About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team at Headway Tek Inc. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing transformative AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-based AI services such as Azure OpenAI. Your expertise will contribute to designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI workflows and data pipelines that address complex industry problems, particularly in healthcare. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact through innovative AI-driven products and solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in AI and data engineering, with hands-on experience in working with large-scale language models and data pipelines. A deep understanding of generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning is essential. Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and familiarity with tools like Apache Spark, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, ability to adapt to new technologies, and excellent problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced Generative AI workflows to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs and industry challenges.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows, ensuring efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage for AI/ML model development.
Participate actively in the entire AI lifecycle, from brainstorming and rapid prototyping to experimentation and deployment of production-ready models.
Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or Mistral for specific domain applications, including prompt engineering and few-shot learning techniques.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand requirements, refine technical approaches, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, LLMs, and Data Engineering, evaluating new technologies and proposing innovative solutions to address healthcare and other industry-specific challenges.
Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues in both development and production environments, ensuring high availability and performance of AI systems.
