Lead AI Engineer – GenAI Platforms | Noida | Hybrid
We are hiring a Lead AI Engineer – GenAI Platforms for a fast-growing global technology organization delivering enterprise AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior AI engineering professional who enjoys building production-grade Generative AI platforms using modern LLM frameworks, Azure cloud technologies, and scalable backend architecture.
Experience Required
10+ years overall experience with strong expertise in AI engineering, cloud architecture, and backend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise-grade GenAI applications and AI-powered workflows
- Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core and Python
- Integrate LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex into production environments
- Architect RAG-based AI solutions and conversational AI systems
- Lead AI platform architecture, API integrations, and cloud-native deployments
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, latency, reliability, and token efficiency
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Mentor engineering teams and drive technical best practices across AI initiatives
