About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on GenAI Developer to build and scale our AI-powered recommendation engine and next-generation domain-specific LLM systems.
This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and multilingual voice-enabled AI avatars, contributing directly to core product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered recommendation systems
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Integrate leading LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Develop and scale AI agents and intelligent APIs
- Enhance AI performance, reduce hallucinations, and improve accuracy
- Work on voice-enabled AI avatars with multilingual capabilities
- Build scalable backend systems using FastAPI and Python
- Deploy and manage AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python & FastAPI
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI frameworks
- Hands-on with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
- Experience with vector databases (pgvector), PostgreSQL
- Understanding of recommendation systems & AI agents
- Experience in Docker, API development, and scalable systems
- Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and multilingual AI
- Ability to manage hallucination control and model optimization
