Siemens Energy is hiring a GenAI / Copilot Senior Developer to design and build custom Copilot agents and support AI-driven business solutions. The role works closely with global stakeholders and business users to translate complex needs into practical applications.

Role: GenAI / Copilot Senior Developer
Location: India, Haryana, Gurugram
Experience
- 6–8 years of total IT experience
- 1–2+ years of proven experience in Generative AI agent development
- Experience working in a global environment
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom Copilot agents
- Analyze symptoms and identify root causes of complex issues raised by customers and end-users
- Perform user consulting for new and existing business requirements
- Understand business needs and develop functional and technical product requirements
- Develop and implement new applications aligned with business objectives
- Enforce and promote a high-quality customer service culture
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Support business users and continuously improve solutions by staying current with evolving technologies

- Contribute to the development and deployment of new applications
- Stay up to date with technological changes through internal and external training programs
- Work independently and within a team to achieve objectives
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Show maturity in handling situations and understanding business requirements

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to operational excellence across departments, business areas, and regions
