Job Description
We are looking for an experienced GenAI App Tech Lead to implement an enterprise-grade conversational AI interface using NodeJS, Python, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Key Responsibilities
Implement conversational AI applications using NodeJS, Azure OpenAI, and Python
Integrate AI technologies such as OpenAI models, LangChain, and Azure Cognitive Services (Cognitive Search, Indexes, Indexers, APIs)
Implement private endpoints across Azure services
Design schemas, APIs, frameworks, and platforms to operationalize AI models
Develop conversation workflows, context handling, sentiment analysis, and recommendation logic
Build and deploy production-grade applications on Azure ensuring security and reliability
Create tools for training data annotation, model monitoring, and continuous improvement
Mentor developers and guide best practices for conversational AI development
Build and manage vector databases on Azure cloud
Requirements
8+ years of experience in core application development
2+ years leading AI application or conversational interface development
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools on Azure cloud
Strong development skills in Python and NodeJS
Experience with SharePoint indexes and Azure SQL data structures
Knowledge of Azure Form Recognizer
Experience with LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Search
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and RLHF
Experience with vector databases on Azure using PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or ChromaDB
Prompt Engineering using LangChain or Llama Index
Understanding of NLP techniques such as embeddings, transformer networks, and intent recognition
Experience with LLMOPS / MLOPS pipelines
