Job Description: GEN AI Intern / Trainee
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Work From Office Immediate Joiner
Compensation Structure:
• Stipend (First – 12 months): ₹9000 per month

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in Python and AI/ML concepts, along with hands on experience in building intelligent systems. This role offers an opportunity to work on real world AI problems and contribute to production-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real world applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Work extensively on computer vision and natural language processing (NLP) tasks, including image analysis, object detection, text processing, and classification problems.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to build high quality datasets for training AI models.
• Analyze large datasets using tools like NumPy and Pandas to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
• Build, test, and optimize AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, including hyperparameter tuning and performance evaluation.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and work with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP for scalable solutions.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage, retrieval, and management in AI pipelines. • Use version control tools like Git to maintain clean and collaborative codebases.
• Operate within Linux/Unix environments and leverage GPU acceleration (CUDA) for efficient model training.
Required Skills and Qualification:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Engineering principles
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as: o TensorFlow o PyTorch
• Practical knowledge of: o Computer Vision (OpenCV) o Natural Language Processing (NLP) o Model optimization techniques
• Experience with data handling and analysis using: o NumPy o Pandas o Data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.)
• Familiarity with: o Model deployment using REST APIs o Containerization tools like Docker o Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of: o Databases (SQL / NoSQL) o Version control systems (Git) o Linux/Unix environments o GPU acceleration (CUDA Perks and Benefits: • Internship opportunity with potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
