About The Role
HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled UI React Developer with expertise in Gen AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge, intelligent web interfaces for applications powered by Generative Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and product managers to create scalable, modular, and responsive micro-frontend architectures that enhance user experience and facilitate seamless AI integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ReactJS, state management, and API integrations, along with a keen interest in AI-driven UI innovations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation AI applications in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS and related technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks is essential. Experience working with AI prototypes, micro-frontend architectures, and integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with AI workflows, rapid prototyping tools, and automated testing frameworks will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent, dynamic user interfaces optimized for GenAI applications using ReactJS, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
- Implement scalable micro-frontend (Micro UI) architectures to facilitate modular AI services and facilitate rapid deployment.
- Collaborate with AI and backend teams to integrate front-end components with REST or GraphQL APIs that serve AI models, embeddings, and inference endpoints.
- Manage complex UI states effectively using Redux, Context API, or MobX to support real-time AI interactions and feedback loops.
- Leverage rapid prototyping tools such as Streamlit or Storybook to visualize AI workflows, model outputs, and user feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure the UI components are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability across different devices and browsers.
- Write comprehensive automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to ensure the reliability and robustness of AI-driven UI components.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, front-end technologies, and micro-frontend architectures to continuously improve UI development practices.
