Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and backend services.
- Implement and manage microservices architecture for scalable and modular systems.
- Build and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Develop and maintain applications using frameworks like FastAPI and Django.
- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end technologies.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases into applications.
- Ensure secure authentication and authorization using tools like Entra ID and Keycloak.
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams across the development lifecycle.
- Conduct research on emerging Generative AI techniques (SLMs, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models).
- Document technical solutions, research findings, and experimental results.
- Optimize system performance using memory and CPU profiling tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, cloud, and microservices architecture.
Experience Required:
- 9 - 13 years of experience in Python development and backend engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven applications.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, and modern Python frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database systems, especially PostgreSQL.
- Experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Exposure to vector databases and AI model integration.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
