About the Role
AI Academia is looking for experienced Generative AI & Agentic AI professionals to mentor college students through hands-on, industry-focused training. This role involves delivering offline sessions, guiding real-world AI projects, and helping students build practical, job-ready AI skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-person Generative AI & Agentic AI training sessions at partner colleges
* Teach prompt engineering, AI agents, automation workflows, and applied AI use cases
* Guide students through hands-on projects and capstone implementations
* Provide mentorship and technical support to learners
* Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Support curriculum delivery and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
* Practical knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows
* Comfortable teaching and mentoring college students
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Experience building real-world AI applications is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
* Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience
* Passion for education and student development
