About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer / Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in building GenAI applications, combined with expertise in Python, cloud platforms, and MLOps tooling.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions using LLMs and related frameworks.
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence systems, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end GenAI pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Implement and manage MLOps practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
- Leverage cloud platforms (preferably AWS) for model deployment and infrastructure optimization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Azure ML.
- Experience in building and deploying LLM-based solutions and working with GenAI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and scalable system design.
