We’re hiring a Gen AI Engineer at Unimad.
📍 Remote (India only)
💼 Full-time
And no, this is not a “prompt engineer” role.
If your understanding of AI is:
“write a better prompt and hope for the best", this probably isn’t for you.
We’re building AI systems that help students go from ghosted → hired.
That means working on things like:
→ Agentic workflows
→ Tool calling
→ Structured outputs
→ Multi-agent systems
→ Memory + reasoning flows
→ AI behaviour optimisation
→ Hallucination reduction
→ Production-ready LLM workflows
You’ll work directly with our CTO to improve Unibot and help build future AI products inside Unimad.
What we care about:
🐍 Comfortable with Python
⚙️ You can think in systems, not just prompts
🧠 You understand how LLMs actually behave
💻 Can work a bit with JavaScript/backend integrations
🚀 You love building, testing, breaking, and rebuilding
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / RAG / MCP / agents
This is for someone who wants to build real AI products, not AI demos.
