About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in building and deploying intelligent chatbot solutions using Azure AI services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML development, Generative AI (LLMs), conversational AI, and cloud-native solutions, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services and LLMOps
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and domain experts to deliver intuitive experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Azure AI ecosystem to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years in AI Engineering.
- Strong experience with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Cognitive Services, Bot Service, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python for developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, guardrails, indexing techniques and RAG pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data security, responsible AI practices, and prompt safety.
Good to have
- Exposure to dashboarding and UI development for Generative AI applications
- Exposure to Agile practices
