Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage data pipelines for AI applications.
- Fine-tune and evaluate the performance of LLMs, focusing on metrics such as Recall, Precision, and Groundness.
- Implement and maintain chatbot and voice bot solutions.
- Work with agentic AI frameworks including Strands, Microsoft Agent Framework, and AgentCore.
- Utilize AI Runtime protocols like MCP and A2A.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience in LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of chatbots and voice bot development
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Data pipeline development and management for AI applications
- Understanding of AI Runtime protocols (MCP, A2A)
- Cloud experience with Azure and AWS
- Ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
