Role Overview
We are seeking a highly tech-savvy and analytical AI & Analytics Associate with strong expertise in Generative AI tools, Excel Macros, VBA, Power BI and automation to support the organizational operations.
The role involves delivering daily AI training, building automated dashboards, developing intelligent workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and AI-powered automation systems.
This position is critical for driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and automating manual processes across departments within an MSME-focused ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed)
1. Business Process Automation
- Identify, analyze, and map existing business processes to uncover automation opportunities.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure process compliance.
- Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
2. Generative AI Implementation
- Use Generative AI tools to create:
o Reports
o Presentations
o SOP documents
o Knowledge assessment questions
- Develop AI prompts and prompt libraries for different departments
- Build AI assistants for internal teams (Sales, HR, Training, Operations)
- Automate content creation related to MSME schemes, entrepreneurship, and training modules
3. AI Research & Innovation
- Continuously research new AI tools for business automation
- Implement AI solutions for MSME ecosystem projects
- Test and deploy new AI workflows to increase productivity
- Stay updated with latest Gen AI trends and automation tools
