Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and developers to integrate AI functionalities into our products.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Research emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
- Prepare documentation and reports on AI model development, performance testing, and deployment processes.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge sharing activities to foster continuous learning.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative models
- Knowledge of data analysis and data processing techniques
- Ability to develop and fine-tune AI models for various applications
- Understanding of AI model deployment and scaling in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs for AI services
- Preferred
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
- Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
- Background in software engineering best practices for AI development
