Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Specialist based in Chennai, with opportunities to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models, creating and fine-tuning AI algorithms, conducting research to improve AI-driven solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate AI technology into projects. The candidate will also provide technical documentation, test models for accuracy, and stay updated with advancements in AI to enhance our offerings continuously.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, alongside familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- Experience in designing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and a good understanding of data preprocessing techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support team-oriented projects
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Prior experience in AI/ML industry projects is an added advantage
