Project Manager with Gen AI Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI) to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their application in project management, ensuring successful project delivery while driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize Gen AI tools and methodologies to enhance project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Gen AI best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on Gen AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI/ML project implementations.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus.
