🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Architect / AI Architect to lead application modernization and migration initiatives using cutting-edge AI technologies. This role focuses on designing and deploying Agentic AI systems to automate enterprise legacy transformation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning capabilities
- Design AI-driven frameworks for application modernization & migration
- Build and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Define reference architectures for:
- Container-based hosting (Kubernetes)
- Vector databases & memory systems
- Data pipelines
- Evaluate and optimize LLM stack (models, orchestration, observability)
- Implement advanced prompting strategies (few-shot, CoT, chunking)
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
- Integrate LLM workflows into enterprise systems
- Ensure AI security, governance, and compliance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing GenAI team
🎯 Required Skills
- 10+ years in AI/ML Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI & LLM systems
- Strong expertise in:
- Kubernetes
- Azure / AWS / GCP
- LangGraph, LangMem
- Experience with:
- RAG architectures
- AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Claude)
- Hybrid ML + LLM systems
- Strong understanding of AI safety & data privacy
