🚀 We’re Hiring: Gen AI Architect | 8+ Years of Experience
Coastal Seven Consulting is looking for a hands-on Gen AI Architect to join our team in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
This is not just an architecture or advisory position. We’re looking for someone who can design, build, evaluate, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions and contribute directly to real-world AI projects.
What You'll work on:
- Design and build end-to-end Generative AI and LLM solutions
- Develop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Build and orchestrate AI Agents and agentic workflows
- Work extensively with Vector Databases, embeddings, and semantic search
- Select, integrate, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Implement model training, testing, evaluation, and performance optimization
- Develop scalable AI applications and services using Python
- Integrate GenAI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, and existing systems
- Take AI solutions from proof of concept to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- 8+ years of overall technology experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG architectures
- Practical experience working with LLMs and AI Agents
- Experience with Vector Databases
- Hands-on knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and AI system architecture
Good to Have:
- Experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience optimizing AI solutions for performance, scalability, cost, and reliability
