📋 Job Overview
We are seeking a Gen AI + Python Developer with strong programming skills in Python and practical experience in building Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing AI-powered tools, APIs, and automation solutions leveraging LLMs and modern Gen AI frameworks.
📌 Note
Applicants should have hands-on experience in Gen AI + Python and knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering. Practical experience with AI-driven and GenAI applications is preferred.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and APIs powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
- Build end-to-end Gen AI solutions including chatbots, intelligent search, document processing, and content generation tools.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector stores and embedding models.
- Design and optimize prompt engineering workflows for various LLM-based use cases.
- Integrate Gen AI capabilities with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (advanced-level) with experience in building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI frameworks — LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) — OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot/zero-shot learning, and chain-of-thought prompting.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
🌟 Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Streamlit, Gradio, or similar tools for building AI demos and prototypes.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data retrieval and storage.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
