Senior Leader - Data Curriculum & Assessment

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of the school's data, curriculum, and assessment strategies. Your leadership will ensure that data-driven decision-making enhances student outcomes and curriculum development aligns with educational best practices. Lead and develop a cohesive whole-school approach to data analysis, assessment, and reporting. Oversee curriculum planning, ensuring it is rigorous, inclusive, and aligned with national/international standards. Support teachers and departments in using data to inform teaching strategies and improve student progress. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to curriculum and assessment. Work closely with leadership teams to set academic priorities and monitor performance trends. Drive innovation in assessment practices, including formative and summative assessments. Lead staff training and professional development on data interpretation and curriculum enhancement.
