About the role
Key Responsibilities Provide the full range of information within the category requested (location, curriculum, admission procedure ndash; including the booking of appointments). Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries. Provide administrative support to the Admissions and Operations team, including data entry and filing. Assist with the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning. Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presentable and welcoming at all times. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service/front office role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office suite. Fluent in English. Arabic language skills an advantage.
