Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides Tier 2 technical support for AI/ML solutions and Gemini Business environments on GCP.
- Investigates and resolves complex technical issues related to AI/ML models, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Performs root cause analysis for incidents and implements corrective and preventive actions.
- Supports integration of APIs including Gemini and Vertex AI within enterprise applications.
- Collaborates with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues and improve system performance.
- Troubleshoots issues across Linux-based environments and cloud infrastructure.
- Develops and utilizes scripts for automation, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
- Maintains detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assists customers with deployment, configuration, and optimization of AI/ML solutions.
- Monitors system performance and proactively identifies potential issues.
- Provides guidance and best practices for AI/ML model usage and cloud integration.
Skills Required:
Must-Have
(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra)
- Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in AI/ML or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of GCP and its AI/ML tools
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI environment
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools
- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification
- Ability to perform RCA and resolve issues promptly
- Familiarity with API integrations and scripting
- CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency
Good-to-Have
- Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production
- Experience with Vertex AI and Gemini APIs
Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or related branches)
