Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining records.
- Managing NDAs, contracts, estimates, and internal records.
- Updating and maintaining employee and client records.
- Coordinating with employees on administrative tasks.
- Managing leaves and regularization for all staff.
- Handling travel, bookings, and logistics.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Overseeing office maintenance and couriers.
- Printing, sealing, signing, and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting HR and company policies.
