About the role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Managing NDAs, contracts, estimates, and internal records.
  • Updating and maintaining employee and client records.
  • Coordinating with employees on administrative tasks.
  • Managing leaves and regularization for all staff.
  • Handling travel, bookings, and logistics.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Overseeing office maintenance and couriers.
  • Printing, sealing, signing, and ensuring compliance.
  • Supporting HR and company policies.
