Gemba Automotive is seeking a high-energy, results-driven High-Earning Sales Representative to convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments and revenue. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is motivated by results, competition, and earning potential.

This is not a traditional call center role. You will be responsible for turning inbound opportunities into scheduled appointments and revenue, with clear performance expectations and significant earning upside for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, web inquiries, and text leads with urgency, energy, and a sales-first mindset
  • Convert incoming opportunities into scheduled service appointments
  • Proactively follow up on missed calls, unsold opportunities, and warm leads
  • Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward booking decisions
  • Overcome objections and drive appointment conversions
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and customer records
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth appointment handoff
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize appointment show rate and conversion performance
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to appointments, responsiveness, and revenue generation

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, BDC, call center sales, or automotive preferred)
  • Proven ability to convert and close over the phone
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM or scheduling systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/work-from-home environment
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
