Gemba Automotive is seeking a high-energy, results-driven High-Earning Sales Representative to convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments and revenue. This is not a traditional call center role. You will be responsible for turning inbound opportunities into scheduled appointments and revenue, with clear performance expectations and significant earning upside for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, web inquiries, and text leads with urgency, energy, and a sales-first mindset
- Convert incoming opportunities into scheduled service appointments
- Proactively follow up on missed calls, unsold opportunities, and warm leads
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward booking decisions
- Overcome objections and drive appointment conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and customer records
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth appointment handoff
- Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize appointment show rate and conversion performance
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to appointments, responsiveness, and revenue generation
