Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GeM Tender Specialist based in Thane. The role involves managing the end-to-end tender process on government e-marketplace portals, analyzing tender requirements, preparing accurate proposals aligned with organizational offerings, and coordinating procurement processes to ensure timely submissions. The GeM Tender Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with tender specifications. Additionally, the role includes maintaining updated records and fostering effective communication with stakeholders involved in the tender process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret requirements and data
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in Procurement and related workflows
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of documentation
- Working knowledge of the GeM portal and related processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and similar software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
