About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven, and customer-focused GeM Tender Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives within the Government Sector. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) channels, identifying tender opportunities, acquiring new institutional clients, and strengthening long-term business relationships.

Experience Required: 1–2 years in Government Sector Sales (preferred).
CTC & Salary Range: Competitive salary as per market standards, along with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Health Insurance benefits. Additional sales incentives based on target achievements.
Educational Qualification: Graduates or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree into Electronics/Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant/related educational background will be preferred.
Desirable Skills:
· Knowledge of GeM portal, government tendering, and procurement processes.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details of Electronic Products and is approachable to the customers/clients.
· Must have worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.
· Ability to analyze client needs and recommend the right solutions.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and good documentation skills.
· Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.

The GeM Tender Executive will help to promote products of the company to the customers/clients and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Sell electrical, electronics, electronic parts or related products & services to customers/clients based on their needs or requirements (Electronic components, Electronic Boards, UAV, Batteries and so on).
Job Responsibilities:
The Major Job Responsibilities that the GeM Tender Executive will handle are:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for electronic products within the Education Sector (Government & Institutional).
- Identify fresh business opportunities through GeM portal, government tenders, rate contracts, and institutional channels.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conversion rate of new leads generated through GeM, tenders, and field activity along with Maintaining average margins while closing high-value deals.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through strategic sales pitches and value demonstration.
- New Customer additions and Customer retention.
- Analyse needs of customers/clients and consult them accordingly.
- Recommend products, equipment’s or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
- Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
- Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles.
- Ensure all documentation, pricing, and product catalogues on GeM are updated and compliant.
- Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time
