Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a GeM Tender Executive based in Patna. The GeM Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of GeM tenders, which includes researching opportunities, preparing documentation, submitting tenders, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Other responsibilities include monitoring GeM portal updates, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, and ensuring timely submissions for tenders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing GeM Portal operations and tender processes
- Strong skills in documentation, compliance, and record-keeping
- Proactive research and analytical abilities to identify potential tender opportunities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in submissions
- Basic knowledge of drone technologies and related sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience in government or corporate tendering processes is a plus
