Job Description:
BIOSYNK (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced professional to manage government tender activities through the GeM Portal and Tamil Nadu e-Procurement Portal. The role involves identifying suitable tenders, preparing bid documentation, and ensuring accurate submission of bids related to STP, ETP, WTP, and environmental infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify relevant tenders on GeM and Tamil Nadu e-Procurement portals
* Evaluate eligibility criteria and tender requirements
* Prepare and upload technical and financial bid documents
* Manage company tender profile and required documentation
* Ensure timely and error-free bid submissions
* Track tender status and respond to buyer queries when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience handling GeM Portal or Tamil Nadu e-Procurement tenders
* Understanding of government tender documentation and procedures
* Experience in infrastructure, water treatment, or environmental projects is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Important Note:
