🚀 We’re Hiring: GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Specialist
Salary upto : 3.5 LPA
📍 Location: Delhi (Head Office)
We are looking for a GeM & Government e-Procurement Specialist to manage our complete operations on the Government e-Marketplace and other government procurement portals.
This is not a data-entry role. We deal in technical, specification-driven products and are looking for someone who understands technology, compliance, and execution.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end GeM order management: order acceptance to payment realization
• Coordination with Accounts, Logistics, Vendors, and internal teams
• Accurate handling of invoices, CRAC, delivery & payment documentation
• Monitoring and participation in bids, RFQs, and tenders
• Ensuring 100% compliance with GeM & government procurement policies
• Buyer coordination, feedback tracking, and repeat business support
• Weekly reporting on orders, payments, and new opportunities
🎓 Experience & Qualification
• 3–6 years experience handling GeM / Government e-Procurement portals
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Technology / Commerce preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical product specifications
• Experience with documentation, compliance, and payment tracking
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with ownership
