Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GEM Portal Executive – Medical Equipment Tendering, based in Noida. The role involves managing Government e-Marketplace (GEM) tenders for medical equipment, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating submissions. Responsibilities include tender research, document preparation, tender uploads, follow-ups on submissions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines. The role also includes maintaining records, analyzing tender outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing GEM bids & tender submissions
• Preparing technical & commercial documentation
• Coordination with OEMs/vendors
• Handling product listings, pricing & compliance
• Monitoring tender opportunities in healthcare & medical devices
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Medical Affairs, Medicine, and Healthcare Management
- Skills in Strategic Planning and conducting detailed Research
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in understanding government e-procurement processes and platforms, including GEM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in medical equipment tendering is highly desirable
