Role Description The Gem Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mainpuri, focused on managing and coordinating activities related to gem products and client relationships. This role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory, quality, and pricing, as well as preparing reports and documentation for internal review. The Gem Executive will liaise with suppliers, partners, and clients, ensuring timely communication and professional service. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with product selection, supporting sales activities, organizing displays or presentations, and responding to client inquiries. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, uphold quality standards, and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including record-keeping, documentation, and basic data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Basic numeracy and analytical skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and simple reports.
- Attention to detail and quality focus, with the ability to follow established procedures and standards.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mainpuri, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing); willingness to learn company-specific tools.
- Prior experience in retail, jewelry, gems, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Completed secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related area is an advantage.
