Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GEM Executive, based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and updating GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal entries, handling order procurement processes, ensuring compliance with government policies, and liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing necessary reports, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with GEM portal operations, order management, and compliance requirements
- Basic proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in handling government procurement processes is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role will be considered a strong asset
Mon-Sat, 10am - 7pm
Location - Ajmeri Gate, Near New Delhi Metro Station
