We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end bidding and compliance for government projects.
💼 Role Description
🔹 Handle complete GeM operations – bid participation, vendor/OEM coordination & documentation.
🔹 Identify and evaluate relevant tenders/RFQs.
🔹 Prepare accurate technical & financial bids.
🔹 Manage Q2 category product assessment & approvals.
🔹 Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory & certification standards.
🔹 Participate in reverse auctions & post-bid activities.
🔹 Maintain proper records for audit & government compliance.
🔹 Stay updated with latest GeM policies & procurement guidelines.
🎯 Qualifications
✔ 3–5 years experience in GeM / Government Tendering.
✔ Strong understanding of Q2 category & product listing.
✔ Excellent skills in Excel, documentation & technical analysis.
✔ Good knowledge of GeM procurement processes & compliance.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines.
✔ Exposure to AV, AI, or Surveillance technologies is a plus.
