Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Associate Business Analysts to support our Business Analysis team in delivering high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering business requirements by participating in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal walkthroughs. Document meeting minutes, action items, and maintain requirement traceability. Help draft basic user stories with support from senior team members. Support the preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD). Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure alignment with requirements. Maintain up-to-date Jira boards, update tasks, and monitor sprint progress. Shadow senior analysts in conducting gap analysis, feasibility checks, and stakeholder communications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital product development. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Good to Have: Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or Lucidchart. Internship or academic projects in mobile/web app development or IT projects. Familiarity with wireframing tools or requirement modeling techniques.
