About the role

Requirements

Proven experience in administering and managing Copado deployments on the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, governance, and change control processes.
Familiarity with GitHub, Copado, and Jira as tools for service and change control management.
Proficient in installing, configuring, and upgrading Copado as an Enterprise Copado Product Solution across multiple Salesforce orgs.
Expertise in providing best practice guidance and coaching Salesforce project teams on Copado and Release Management processes.
Experience collaborating with a Center of Excellence (CoE) or best practice oversight team and mentoring Salesforce project teams in partnership with the Salesforce Platform owner.
Salesforce Admin I & II certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and/or Platform App Builder certification.
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Copado I & II certifications.

CRT Certification

Experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.
Proficient in Salesforce Platform Community, Service Cloud, and Gov Cloud.
Solid experience in Salesforce requirements gathering, analysis, and the development and maintenance of technical diagrams.
Expertise with OwnBackup, including installation and maintenance.
Familiarity with Mulesoft.
