Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gear Drive Overhauling Supervisor based in Delhi, OH. The selected candidate will supervise and oversee gear drive overhauling operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing technicians, coordinating workflow, performing inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal functionality of gear drive systems. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety protocols and developing reports for project progress and equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of gear drive systems, including troubleshooting, inspection, and overhauling
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to manage teams and coordinate tasks
- Experience in technical reporting and documentation, as well as managing project schedules
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards for on-site operations
- Ability to analyze and resolve mechanical and operational issues effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in gear drive maintenance or overhauling
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
