About the role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain activities while ensuring timely procurement, tracking, and delivery of materials to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a good understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Manages the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures to enable sourcing execution. Essential Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials to meet production and operational demands. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Strong Follow-up with Internal department to adhere the SDR Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays, address issues, and manage changes in delivery schedules. Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to coordinate material flow and reduce lead times. Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier communications Generate reports on supply chain performance, delivery schedules, and material status updates. Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor supplier performance and quality standards to maintain product excellence. Manages end to end Logistics operations Drive the control of inventory of Raw Materials and GIT/SIT as per inventory entitlement as well as ensure control over slow moving/Obsolescence as per inventory policy
