About the role

The Global Vendor Manager (APAC) will be responsible for managing the vendor ecosystem across the APAC region, ensuring seamless operations, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:- Onboarding and managing a diverse vendor pool across the APAC region, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness- Driving vendor performance through defined SLAs, KPIs, and regular reviews- Optimizing vendor selection, negotiation, and contracting processes- Implementing robust vendor governance frameworks and providing recommendations for process improvements- Collaborating cross-functionally to align vendor management strategies with business objectives- Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity- Analyzing vendor data and generating insightful reports to support decision-making- Fostering strong vendor relationships and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions
