Must Design and build conversational experiences using Dialogflow ES & CX, CCAI Platform, Agent Assist, Virtual Agents, Knowledge AI
Design and Build intent models, flows, parameters, session management, contexts.
Implement customer journeys for voice & chat channels.
Experience with GenAI-based conversational agents (Vertex AI)
Build microservices/APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
Integrate Dialogflow flows with backend systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, databases).
Develop event-driven components using Pub/Sub, EventArc, Cloud Functions.
Experienced in Integrating elephony / Omni-channel Integrations such as Genesys Cloud, Avaya, Nice CXone, UJET / Contact Center as a Service platforms
Deploying cloud services using Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Firestore / Datastore
Build IaC automation with Terraform
Build CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build / GitHub Actions).
Implement logging & monitoring using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.
