Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of GCP admin roles, domain ownership, and recovery workflows and familiar with GCP admin console
- High judgment decision‑making under ambiguity
- Fraud detection and prevention capabilities
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail
- Calm, professional communication during sensitive scenarios
- Own Google Account and GCP Account Recovery cases end‑to‑end
- Validate identity, authorization, and domain ownership using approved frameworks
- Execute recovery workflows with zero tolerance for policy deviation
- Detect and mitigate fraud, social engineering, and unauthorized access attempts
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation of recovery actions
- Escalate high‑risk or non‑standard cases appropriately
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers during critical incidents
- Adhere to authentication standards, SLOs, and security policies
