The Role

Based in Adelaide, you’ll support high-profile clients in sectors such as tunnelling, manufacturing, and mining. From hands-on site assessments to strategy development and management advice, you’ll gain exposure to a broad variety of work.


Key Aspects Of The Role Include

  • Occupational hygiene monitoring and reporting.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of exposure control strategies.
  • Client engagement and relationship management.
  • Supporting senior consultants and Certified Hygienists on large scale projects.


Role Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who is ready to progress as an Occupational Hygienist. We have secured projects in road construction, tunnelling, manufacturing, defence and mining, and are seeking team members for our growing business operations.

You’ll also get the chance to work alongside some of the best Certified Occupational Hygiene and WHS professionals in Australia as part of the larger GCG team.

Our projects underway for clients include a variety of industries, meaning the available role can be tailored to the skills, experience and interests of successful applicant.


About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Solid foundations in occupational hygiene.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage both office and site-based work, including occasional travel.
  • Solid time management and organisational skills.
  • Confidence communicating technical information to a range of audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence.


Highly Regarded But Not Essential

  • Project management experience.
  • Membership (Provisional or Full) of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH).
