As an AVP – GCC Staffing & Talent Solutions, you will lead the build-out of GCC staffing business from the ground up, driving strategic entry into Global Capability Centres and scaling permanent and contract staffing revenues. You will take ownership of market entry, revenue growth, and stakeholder engagement while building high-performing teams and positioning the organisation as a trusted talent partner.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
GCC Market Entry & Revenue Ownership
- Own the GCC staffing revenue charter across permanent, contract, and project staffing.
- Identify, target, and penetrate new and existing GCCs in India and the Middle East.
- Build entry strategies for new setups, expanding captive centres, and mature GCCs with existing MSPs.
- Personally drive first wins, anchor accounts, and flagship logos.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and leverage relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, GCC Heads/COOs, and Procurement/Vendor Management teams.
- Position the organisation as a strategic talent partner, not a transactional vendor.
- Lead executive-level conversations on workforce strategy, niche skills, and scalability.
Staffing Business Build & Scale
- Define and execute GCC-specific staffing go-to-market strategies.
- Drive growth across permanent staffing, contract/contingent workforce, and niche skill hiring (AI, Digital, Engineering, BFSI tech).
- Establish preferred vendor/panel status with target GCCs.
- Build scalable pipelines in collaboration with delivery teams.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build and mentor GCC-focused sales and account teams.
- Coach teams on GCC buying behaviour, MSP navigation, stakeholder mapping, and deal closure.
- Partner with recruitment leadership to align delivery capability with GCC demand.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Track GCC market trends, expansions, and investment patterns.
- Represent the firm at GCC forums, industry events, and CXO roundtables.
- Provide leadership inputs into pricing, margins, and commercial models.
We’d Love to Hear From You If…
Experience
- You have 15+ years of experience in staffing or talent solutions sales.
- You have proven success selling staffing services to GCCs or captive centres.
- You have demonstrated ability to open doors and close large staffing engagements.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of MSP ecosystems, vendor panels, GCC hiring cycles, and TA decision-making.
- Experienced in selling both permanent and contract staffing.
- Advantageous if you have an existing GCC decision-maker network and a track record of building new revenue lines.
