- About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Sales professional (opportunity hunters) with 10+ years of experience in the Analytics and IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sales, business development, and client relationship management, with expertise in enterprise services sales, analytics, data engineering, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business by acquiring new business from GCC and GIC/Captive sectors.
- Hunt for large size GCC/GIC/GBS deals and use to a hands-on approach for successful commercial closures.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from prospect hunting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless approach towards sales strategy execution.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling our analytics and IT services and solutions, including data engineering, data sciences, BI, AI/ML, DevOps and, automation
- Establish strong relationships with senior clients executives, identifying business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including service and practice teams, to drive successful client engagements and solution delivery.
- Maintain and enhance account hygiene, ensuring SLA-driven delivery, timely invoicing, and payments.
- Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience enterprise level analytics and/or IT services sale and business development.
- Strong expertise in handling sales activities for large enterprise accounts, particularly in Manufacturing, GCCs, and Captives.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and consultative sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
