Job Title: GCC Delivery Head (Multi-Tower Operations)

About Latinum:
Latinum is looking for a GCC Delivery Head for one of our clients, to lead large-scale, multi-tower delivery operations across CEM, SCM, FAO, and HRO.
This role requires a leader with strong experience in digital customer operations, global delivery, and enterprise client management, capable of driving end-to-end service excellence and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end service delivery for multi-tower portfolios
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, service quality, and governance
- Manage client relationships, escalations, and CSAT (≥95%)
- Lead onsite & offshore teams, including hiring and performance management
- Drive operational excellence, risk management, and audits
- Oversee reporting, dashboards, and billing/invoicing
- Support business growth and large deal engagements
Required Experience:
- 20+ years in Digital Customer Experience / Operations (CEM)
- Proven experience in multi-tower delivery (CEM, SCM, FAO, HRO)
- Strong exposure to global delivery models
- Experience managing large, complex delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience in GCC / BPM / Shared Services
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives
- Strong industry connects
