• Develop and implement the organization's debt and investment strategy to optimize the balance sheet, support business growth, and enhance shareholder value.
• Oversee the company's debt portfolio, including negotiating loan terms, managing debt issuance, and ensuring compliance with all debt covenants.
• Manage the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance, return expectations, and overall strategic goals.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to senior management and the board of directors, including risk assessments and performance metrics.
• Engage with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors to build and maintain strong relationships. Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to debt and investment management to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem- solving skills to assess financial performance, identify risks, and develop strategic initiatives.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Displays deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and debt instruments.
• Upholds the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior, ensuring all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
