Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, support personnel and other stakeholders to create tools for operational efficiency
Utilizes tools development and knowledge base documentation to improve operational efficiency and empower low-tier support teams
Implement Web UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop and maintain APIs and integrate third-party services.
Understands Incident Resolution, Service Request Fulfillment, Problem Management (Including Root Cause Analysis, Post Mortem Reporting, and driving completion of permanent fixes), Continuous improvement.
Able to perform monitoring of system performance, reliability, and security, and take proactive measures to prevent issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve app, backend and deployment issues in a timely manner through development of tools and automation
Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices
