1- To assist grade/evaluate all trainees.
2- To assist and evaluate the Tools and Assets needed for efficient standardized workshop.
3- To assist/plan the training annual plan with the training manager to cover the training needs and strategic goals of top management related to educational objectives and trainers’ development.
4- Provide training information & knowledge with recording training activities history, his training courses which will be conducted in–house.
5- Develop a library of lesson plans, training exercises and exams to ensure a continuous quality of training.
