Employment Manager

The Employment Manager will lead the Employment Services team, ensuring the delivery of an excellent employment service and career support to all Gatwick Airport employees. You will be responsible for strategic workforce planning, including talent management and staff retention. The role will also lead and develop the team, providing coaching and support to help them deliver a high-quality service. Key responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering the employment service strategy to support Gatwick's business objectives - Providing strategic workforce planning and talent management advice to the business - Leading and developing the Employment Services team to ensure a high-performing, customer-focused service - Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business - Ensuring the Employment Services team provides excellent customer service and support to Gatwick employees
