HR Generalist
📍 Regional Role | REMOTE | Full-Time

In this role, you’ll partner closely with operational leadership to deliver exceptional HR support in areas including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and talent support. What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you’ll be a trusted resource for Team Members and management while helping drive a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create job offers and coordinate background checks
- Support onboarding and assist with training & development initiatives
- Provide guidance to Team Members on HR matters including compensation, leaves, and benefits
- Promote HR programs that foster an engaged, collaborative, and conflict-free workplace
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management activities, including the bi-annual review process
- Maintain accurate Team Member records and HR documentation
- Enhance employee satisfaction through issue resolution, benefits support, and team-building initiatives
- Build strong working relationships with Care Center Managers and Regional Managers
- Support Team Member relations and conflict management processes
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment changes, and claims inquiries
- Process and manage leave-of-absence and disability documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience preferred
- CHRP, CHRL, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP designation considered an asset

Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with prolonged computer work
- Approximately 20% travel within the designated region
- Occasional exposure to elevated noise or heat levels during Care Center visits
